Poco is preparing for its first big launch of 2024 with the introduction of the new Poco X6 series. The forthcoming lineup will include at least two mid-range smartphones, the first of which will be the Poco X6 Pro. The Poco X6 Pro is believed to have flagship-level features and will compete with handsets priced under Rs. 25,000 from Oppo, Realme, Samsung, Motorola, and Redmi.

The Poco X6 Pro will most likely boast a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with an impressive 1.5K resolution, offering a peak brightness of 1,800 NITS and a 120Hz refresh rate. The high-resolution screen will support HDR 10+, Dolby Vision, and DCI-P3 color gamut to enhance the visual experience.
Under the hood, the smartphone will be fuelled by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC with Mali G615 GPU. Users will most likely get the option to choose between 8GB and 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM, paired with 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. Running on Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14, the device shall deliver a seamless user experience.
In terms of optics, the upcoming smartphone is expected to sport a triple-lens rear camera featuring a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The smartphone will offer a 16MP selfie camera.
The Poco X6 Pro will come equipped with a massive 5,500mAh battery supporting 67W fast charging. Additional features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, NFC, GPS, IR blaster, and Wi-Fi 6 support. The Poco X6 Pro is also expected to feature Hi-Res Audio Certification and Hi-Res Wireless Certification.

Anticipated to be competitively priced, the Poco X6 Pro will most likely start from Rs. 23,999 for the entry-level 8GB RAM variant, and will go up to Rs. 27,999 for the top-of-the-line variant.
